SMTBC  Strava Cup Summer Series 2024/25

The Southland Mountainbike club is running another Strava cup series over the Summer. Similar to the last one. Each segment will be for a month.

Rounds will start at Sandy Point, then Bluff when the trails open in December & another in Gore in the new year. There will be a mixture of xc, climbing and enduro combinations. There is an E-Bike segment too just remember to save ride as E-Bike ride. Your best 5 of the 6 rounds go toward final points.

February's Segment.

This one should be a heap of fun there's more down than up. :-)

Start at the top of The Fixx, down to upper junction. Then left & climb to Whiskey Creek, turn right into whiskey creek then all the way down to just before Crawlies Intersection.

The trails are open to everyone & Crawlies is 2 way so be courteous to other users. Remember it's a bit of fun not a World Cup.

If you like what we are doing with the Stava Cup and other tracks please join us for  the next working bee, we have a heap of new trails planned in the recently logged area to replace Svend and Lindsay and there is always some piece of track that needs some work. Enjoy!
